Orders that are valued at over $300 will require a signature upon delivery for the safety of your product. Stolen packages can be very frustrating to deal with, and we want you to avoid the hassle. If you cannot be present at the time of delivery, please contact us so we can have your item moved to a shipping facility nearby where you can pick up your item.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
You can return your purchase within the first 30 days. If you're not happy with the product for any reason (color, shape, size, or you two are just not vibing) we'll take it back within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.

At Back In The Box, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. We only sell products that are in Grade A condition. This means our products are going to look new, feel new, and any sign of use will be extremely minimal.
Yes. All of our products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty protects against any technical defects, software issues, or hardware failures. Damage due to regular use or accidents, like your iPhone dropping and the screen cracking, is unfortunately not covered. Lost or stolen items are not covered under our warranty.

3. Once your item is returned to our facility, our in-house technicians will attempt to repair your device. When they are done, they will repackage your item and ship it back to you. If unable to repair your device, we will happily replace it for you. In the event that we are out of inventory and can't replace your device, we will issue BITB credit for the full purchase amount.
These are the possible resolutions for the warranty, which depend entirely on the purchase date, our ability to repair the item, and our current inventory:
● Repair: Our technicians will try to repair the item first. If they are successful, they will send it back to you.
● Replace: If our technicians are unable to repair your item quickly, we will replace the item for you.
● Refund: If your order is still within 30 days of the purchase date, you may also choose to receive a full refund or replacement.
